I changed in the occasion a couple of things in the code, including
documentation, doctests and new functions.

Especially, I wanted to switch from the RDFlib Hash Storage to an other
one (MySQL, POSGRESQL, SQlite) as it was advised by Dave Beckett to solve some
speed issues. Unfortunatly I haven't spend enough time yet to make it
work properly.
